This Privacy Policy explains how Brubs Labs (operated by Bruna Baudel) (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the Colofy mobile app and the website at getcolofy.brubslabs.com.

What Colofy is

Colofy is a coloring app. You can create coloring pages from text you enter, explore a catalog of pages, save favorites, and print pages on your own device to color by hand.

Accounts and sign-in

Sign-in is optional. If you choose to sign in, you may use Apple or Google. Account identifiers such as your email address and name (if provided by the sign-in provider) are stored through our authentication and backend provider (Supabase) so we can recognize your account.

Favorites and creations on your device

When you are signed out, favorites and creations may stay on your device. When you sign in, favorites can sync with your account so they are available across sessions.

Content you create

Prompts you enter and coloring pages generated from them may be processed and stored so we can provide the service, including showing your creations in the app gallery.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store and In-App Purchase, and by subscription tooling such as RevenueCat. We receive purchase and entitlement status needed to unlock features. We do not receive your full payment card numbers.

Third parties that help run Colofy

We use trusted providers to operate the service, including:

• Supabase — hosting, authentication, and backend data storage.
• Third-party generation services — create coloring-page images from the text you enter.
• Apple and tools such as RevenueCat — for App Store purchases and subscription status.

We may also receive standard platform diagnostics from Apple’s systems when you use the app. We do not invent or list additional analytics products beyond what is needed to run and maintain Colofy.

Printing

Printing happens on your device and printer. We do not receive your print output.

Children’s privacy

Colofy is a coloring app suitable for families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information without consent, please contact us at hello@brubslabs.com and we will take appropriate steps.

People in the EU / EEA (GDPR)

If you are in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@brubslabs.com.

We process data as needed to provide Colofy (contract), to operate and improve the service (legitimate interests), and where required based on your choices (consent). Data may be processed outside the EEA by our providers, with safeguards those providers offer under applicable law.

How long we keep information

We keep account and related data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. When you ask us to delete your data, we will do so subject to backups and any legal holds that require retention for a limited time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of Colofy after an update means you accept the revised policy.
